1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between fv999 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player"). By registering an account on the fv999 platform or using any of its services, you fully agree to these Terms.

fv999 operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. Our platform includes slots, cricket betting, dice, fishing games, and live casino games.

These Terms take effect from the date of the latest update and replace all previous versions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time — details regarding changes are described in Section 12.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on the fv999 platform and use its services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. We may request valid proof of identity to verify your age at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one fv999 account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in account suspension or cancellation, and any winnings may be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

fv999 carries out a user identity verification (KYC) process to maintain a safe and transparent environment. KYC verification may be mandatory in the following situations:

• Before a first large withdrawal
• When suspicious activity is detected on the account

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal processing normally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example, if you deposit ৳2,000 you will receive an additional ৳2,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳4,000 to start playing.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To make the welcome bonus withdrawable, you must place bets totalling 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Any violation of bonus terms may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• fv999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without stating a reason.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

fv999 follows a fair play policy. Our games are developed by recognised software providers and are regularly audited to ensure unbiased results.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game lobby. fv999 reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or system outage, a bet may be declared void and the relevant amount will be refunded. fv999's decision on the rules applicable in error situations is final.

6.4 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL) and other sports, the set odds may change before the event begins. Once a bet is confirmed, the applicable odds will remain fixed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fv999 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses
• Colluding with other players to place bets (Collusion)
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in the system
• Conducting transactions using third-party accounts
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
• Attempting to modify, hack, or otherwise manipulate the platform's software
• Harassing or acting fraudulently toward other players

8 VIP Program

The fv999 VIP Program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

VIP tier upgrades depend on your overall platform activity and consistency. fv999 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time, and members will be notified of significant changes.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fv999 is not liable for:

• Interruptions to gaming activity caused by loss of internet connection.
• Loss caused by errors from third-party payment processors or software providers.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised use of account information (where the user is at fault).
• Unexpected technical failures or force majeure situations.

fv999 always uses SSL encryption and modern security measures to keep your data and financial information protected. However, it is not possible to guarantee complete security over the internet.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by fv999

fv999 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information during registration.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.
• Bonus abuse.

10.2 Closure by the User
